Overview
This directory contains reusable framework documents for the place-facing Caeldon shelf.
Use these files for region and site design rules, cradle-web logic, and geographic structuring guidance that should remain useful even after the named place documents become denser and more finalized.
These framework documents are meant to separate geographic method from geographic canon. Region and site pages should still carry the actual places, but the rules for how those places are scaled, distributed, and made historically legible should live here so later expansion remains coherent.
Current Documents
- Regional and Site Design Framework: defines how the place shelf should distinguish broad regions from concentrated sites and how each should carry historical weight.
- Caeldon Cradle-Web and Geographic Distribution Framework: defines how the currently detailed named map should be read as one macro-regional cradle-web rather than as the full inhabited distribution of the planet.
